Appearing on the heels of a national tour with Animal Collective, KAITLYN AURELIA SMITH performed outdoors at sunset on the Museum Courtyard Main Stage. Originally from Orcas Island in Washington, Smith carries forth her fascinations with the natural world into her signature prismatic, lush, and environmental sounds created on the Buchla Music Easel, a rare modular synthesizer developed in 1963.
